everyone was saying that the day that chuckles die will be the day that the whole world celebrates!!
WELLS, that day NEARLY came.
not that im exaggerating but that the blow came quit big to me.
to cut the long story short....
i was involved in a car accident. my dad's car.. and i was in front with him.... so then i'll go into the details of it.... so then it was the end of chem tuition.... with me usually sleeping :D so then my dad came and fetched me for my bio tuition at bugis... and my church friend, abigail, wanted a lift to harbourfront busstop....
so when we were in the car.. we were talking abt prelims.. gp.. then some random car drove out of the lane that set my dad honking and scolding! *wait,.. that's not the accident yet* so then, just when my dad hadnt gotten over the case of that random driver... the traffic lights turned green... so my dad pressed on the accelerator. SUDDENLY, this cabdriver steered his car in front of my dad! he obviously didnt wait for his turn to drive forward!!!! so IMMEDIATELY, my dad stamped his brakes... all of us were shocked yet angered by the fact that the cab just drove out! but before we could think any further...
the only things was... my dad's brakes.. and me shouting...
you hope that the hit was not coming but then you realised that you cant escape.
BANG.
all of us were thrown forward.....
and probably there was a split second of blackout from the impact.
how the accident happened
and before you know it... the whole car was smoky... and the fume from the engine within came and we all started coughing. the car was filled with smell of the fuel and the gas that was leaking!. the airbags came up in front of me and my dad. and it saved us from the impact......

my first thought was just simple anger towards the driver that caused us the accident. and then i realised that i was really in an accident.. and then i realised that i cant go for tuition anymore!. i hit the side of my ear so for a moment i was partially deaf as i scanned the car and asked if anyone was alrite!!... beside me, my dad's face was BLANK and he was just shocked. abigail at the back was kinda in pain and she told me to call the ambulance.
we quickly got out of the car as the fumes were choking us... but then my door was stuck.. guess it was smashed.. so i was struggling with the door as endless traffic zoomed pass me... finally when all of us are out.... abi told me that my ear was bleeding. BLEH stupid earhole. and earring was just disfigured man.
the ambulance came...
then abigail started crying because of all that has happened... it came so fast that the mind has not accepted it yet. but then i was just really worried for my dad... first he went to scold the cabdriver.. then called the tow people. he had a cut on his face and i was just so worried for him! :(
since abigail felt numb on her legs... the ambulance sent her for a check up at alexandra hosp. ME on the other hand still thought abt going for bio tuition! WTH!. so when everyone was busy with demage control.... i contacted joyce to see if she was near church and maybe could pop by.. but she wasnt and MAN WAS SHE SHOCKED WHEN SHE HEARD IT!.
rang gareth up to tell him abt it... he wasnt as shocked i guess.. wells i spilt all my rubbish to him.. bad or good. and this one was bad. msged muggingbuddy! hahaha. had to update him to tell him that his muggingpartner is still alive. IM NOT DEAD! HAHA!
then msges started coming in from church people. i guess basically everyone was really shocked when they heard CAR ACCIDENT.
then i took a step back... and give thanks to GOD. even if this had happened, im really thankful that it hasnt gotten any WORST. there's always room for a much worst scenerio. but i was really thankful that none of us had any major injuries and we were still walking... really, it's BY GOD'S GRACE.
a inch more could change the situation. and if my dad went too far front, it would have went straight into the side and totally crash my dad.
so then, my mum and grandad rushed to the scene and my emotions collapsed then infront of my mum... i realised how traumatised i was inside.. and how great this has hit me mentally... i was really worried for my dad! what if the cab drove abit more, it would have hit my dad! and all the confused thoughts just crowded me as i teared. sighs.
so then, i decided not to be so crazy about studying... SET THAT ASIDE and handle things that are much more important... rang huihui up... and she was SHOCKED. thanks dear... for all the concern.
as you see the whole situation.. it lets you think about how unpredictable life can be... death can come to anyone in a spilt second. and really, it comes down to life being in GOD'S HANDS. He keeps.. He gives it away! AND man am i glad that God saved us! (:
obviously ive not fulfilled my goal in life... and have not served God enough yet.
so then... my toe went numb and it started swelling so they decided to bring me to alexandra hospital as well. i was admitted in... and this is bascially all the injuries ive suffered from.
1) big right toe fracture (small crack in my toe bone from xray)
2)6cm bruise on right knee
3)3cm bruise on my left knee (both growing in size)
4)cut and abrasion at my shine.
5)ribs and chest feels painful and tight which restricts my breathing :(
6)back ache
7)earhole bled
8)many other cuts here and there
reason for all the injuries? I NEVER WEAR SAFETY BELT!
TO ALL, PLS WEAR YOUR SAFETY BELT! it's there for a reason! without the belt... i was thrown forward and my legs probably crashed into the dashboard with the cut on my shine too. IM REALLY LUCKY THAT THE AIRBAG SAVED ME! if not... there goes my forehead. REALLY, PLS BUCKLE UP PEOPLE!
wells... abigail suffered from a big bruise below her knee which explains the numbness... and neck abrasion(she wore the belt) and my dad has cuts here and there, with chest pain and hand aches :((
with that,
im exempted from school for 1WEEK.
and exempted from running walking and jumping for the next week after! OH JACK.
had a ring from jared when i told him abt the accident. HE HAD A DEAL FOR IPOD -.-" shocked as he can be.. he remained kinda cool. minutes later, joce knew too! (:
when i reached home... everyone showered their love on us! and grandma and my aunty and uncle came to visit us.... and then, had a late visit from CHEE BALLS! hey dude, thanks for the effort :D
and MARK P! (ive not forgotten abt you) thanks for freaking out.. and for all the hugs.

tomorrow's free hugs day..
